IS COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU
Since coaching is a partnership, ask yourself if you find it valuable to collaborate, to have someone reflect back to you and to be asked to consider new perspectives. Also, ask yourself if you are ready to devote the time and the energy to making real changes in your life. If the answer to these questions is yes, then coaching may be a beneficial way for you to grow and develop.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Transformative coaching is not achievement or results focused. Instead, it offers awareness into your existing beliefs, patterns and behaviors. Using this awareness, coupled with embracing the values that are truly important to you, will allow you to see expanded possibility for your life. You will learn, explore, shift, and grow as you begin to live in your own unique, holistic alignment. Aligning your choices and beliefs to your values and your deepened learning of self will create a new reality and expanded perspective. Thus, you may achieve a set goal or get results, but our primary focus is deepened learning of self and transformation. Lasting change, from the inside out.

Every session together is time we will set aside in both of our lives to be present in your journey, honoring where you are and opening to greater possibility. I am here to co-create a supportive, safe environment that empowers you to step beyond your current perspective and into the life you deserve to live.

Though I coach athletes, life coaching is different from the traditional sports coach. The athletic coach is often seen as an expert who guides and directs the behavior of individuals or teams based on his or her greater experience and knowledge. Life coaches possess these qualities, but it is YOUR experience and knowledge that will determine our direction. Additionally, life coaching, unlike athletic development, does not focus on behaviors that are being executed poorly or incorrectly. Instead, the focus is on identifying opportunity and possibility based on your unique strengths and calling.
